Puerto Vallarta is our home, but we have experience planning and designing weddings and events in Riviera Nayarit, Nuevo Vallarta, Punta Mita, Sayulita and more. We also travel to other destinations in Mexico such as  San Miguel de Allende, Valle de Guadalupe, Los Cabos, Mérida and more..….We love new adventures so you can count on us to plan your wedding or event in any part of the world!

Our story

It all began when we were planning our own wedding with the help of our families in 2004. As we began the planning process, we stumbled upon issues in the planning process that made it challenging to navigate. With countless hours of hard work and planning, we successfully pulled off the wedding of our dreams, one of the first on the beach at that hotel in Puerto Vallarta. Fast forward one year and the hotel we were married at reached out to us ask if we were still in the industry as they had a wedding they were looking for us to plan. It was then that a great adventure began which has since turned into a successful enterprise which has also proudly created jobs for so many people.

Wife, mother of three kids and three pets, daughter, friend and WEDDING AND EVENT PLANNER

LOVE TO CULTIVATE RELATIONSHIPS WITH MY COUPLES AND TRANSLATE THEIR STORY INTO UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCES FOR THEM AND THEIR GUESTS

I have a degree on International Business but since i was in high school i was always involved on planning conferences and parties for the school then at University, so my passion for planning started since then! In 2005 I started my Wedding Planner career and founded Prisar Weddings and Events in 2008.

One of my strengths is that I use my creative problem solving skills in order to turn ideas into a reality.

I have specialized in Jewish + kosher weddings over the last few years. 

I am currently studying for a masters in Innovative Tourism Marketing to keep up to date on all wedding trends and other Wedding Industry related topics. This has always been one of my priorities to remain one of the best in the industry.

Love to share my knowledge with others participating on wedding conferences and workshops.

Helping my community is one of my strong commitments for which Hector my husband has been a great example for me!

During my free time I enjoy going to the movies, play sequence with my kids and drink a glass of a good wine watching Puerto Vallarta Sunset!

Héctor Arminio

Administrative Director & Planner

Hector is one of Prisars founders, with a degree in Electromechanical Engineering and an MBA and a degree in Theology, he is one of Prisar’s Wedding & Event Planner.

He is also in charge of Prisar’s Management, bringing his business strategic thinking to the company and marking a perfect balance with Priscilla’s creativity, ensuring that each event is produced and executed at an exceptional level.

His purpose:

MAKING A REAL SOCIAL CHANGE WITHIN HIS COMMUNITY SERVING AND HELPING THOSE MOST IN NEED.

He organizes the annual Leadership Summit in Puerto Vallarta

His hobbies: go to the movies and take his kids to their soccer games and a Proud Steelers fan!

 

Nitza De la Torre

Wedding Planner Senior & Assistant

Nitza is Wedding Planning Senior and she is Priscilla’s right hand lady.

She has a degree on Management and Administration of Tourism Enterprises.

PERSEVERANCE, PUNCTUALITY AND RESPONSABILITY ARE HER MOST OUTSTANDING QUALITIES.

Nitza executes all what she does with passion and love. She always has a smile on her face evenn in challenging situations.

ORGANIZATION IS ESSENTIAL ON HER DAY TO DAY LIFE WHICH IS REFLECTED IN EVERY EVENT SHE EXECUTES.

Marcela is the leader of our Corporate Events, she has a chef degree and her expertise on food and beverage quality control and personnel administration is essential in all our events. .

FOR MARCELA, IS AN ESTABLISHED RULE TO TRY TO MAKE EVERYTHING ALWAYS WELL ORGANIZED.
